This is an international standard for quality management applicable for organisations in any industry and across the entire range of our product offerings. As of February 2021 we are now pleased to be an ISO9001 certified company with which we join an elite group that has completed assessments to ISO9001 standards across 170 countries. This means we can offer our customers quality management at the highest level and enjoy enhanced strategic awareness.
While we have worked to ISO9001 guidelines for quite some time the audit now formalises this approach. Our colleagues have worked tirelessly to perfect our processes and quality controls. As a small business the formalisation of these processes was a huge undertaking that was nevertheless worth it. It is thanks to their efforts we passed with flying colours.
